$80,000 Profit on Arizona Flip
This was the first flip project I tackled when living in Arizona. I almost doubled my budget, went over time schedules and moved to a different state in the time of completing this project and still managed to walk away with almost $80,000 in profit. Yes, this is after closing costs and agent commissions and time extensions.
$600/month cashflow on my out of state rental
I bought this property when I almost lost my job during Covid in 2020. I bought it at $95,000 using a cash out refi, put 20% down and fixed it up to get it ready for renting. Now this property is worth about $140,000 and cashflows about $600 per month. I have never step foot on this property or even visited Alabama for that matter. I did absolutely everything on this out of state investment virtually.

Now I am currently working on my 5th flip. In the last three years I have profitted about $500,000 just in flipping. I also own an AirBNB here in Washington and a househack as well. I was able to purchase 4 houses on my own as a single mom during this past year and recently transitioned from my 9 to 5 job as a medical coder to a full time investor/flipper/real estate agent. Now with almost 300,000 followers over my social media platforms my goals is to share what i have learned to allow others to become financial free and able to change their lives and their families lives forever!!
